Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to mental health and substance abuse disorders. You will be given the tools to recognize the signs and symptoms of a mental health challenge, to listen nonjudgmentally, and give reassurance and resources to refer someone to the appropriate professional support services. Upon completion of the course you will receive a 3 year certification. *You must attend both sessions and complete required pre-work to complete certification.
