Fall 2024 UNG's Got Your Six (Formerly Green Zone Training)

Green Zone Training will be lead by NEST Associate Director, Christy Orr. During the student panel, participants will have a chance to ask questions to UNG student veterans. 

Once training is complete, faculty and staff will know how to provide supportive services to ensure veteran students are successful in their academic pursuits, as well as how to help them adjust to the campus environment and transition to civilian employment. Staff and Faculty who have received the training will display Green Zone stickers to let students know that they are Green Zone advocates.
