Mission
The mission of TimeFrame UNG Art History Club is to provide opportunities for UNG students to engage in activities and to network in the fields of art history, art criticism, art education, and curatorial studies.
TimeFrame defines art and art history broadly, to include traditional fine arts in two and three dimensions, crafts, digital arts, commercial arts, performance arts, and architecture. Art may be created in any and all media. All persons who call themselves artists or whom others call artists can be artists. All expressions which anyone regards as artistic can be art. All persons who study art made by others can be art historians, art critics, art curators, art dealers, and art collectors.

Membership Benefits
TimeFrame activities emphasize professional development and networking. They include:
- presentations of special interest art history topics by students, faculty, and guest speakers
- debates on contemporary art world topics
- opportunities for focused scholarly research (undergraduate research) in art history, art criticism, art education, and curatorial studies
- curatorial opportunities for students (student-curated exhibitions)
- community outreach activities in art education (educating in the arts through community partnerships)
- group visits to collections, museums, artists' studios, and galleries
Activities typically take place on campus, both in person and virtually. Students from all campuses are invited. Faculty advisors support students intellectually, as well as in the areas of networking, activity planning, and organization.
TimeFrame participants typically meet every two to three weeks, on a weekday, in Hansford Hall, room 209 (or in a nearby location), at the noon hour (12-1 pm). A virtual option is offered for students who wish to participate at a distance. Refreshments are served. Everyone is welcome and everything is free.
