The annual UNG Earth Day Celebration, a signature event held on the Gainesville Campus since 2017, brings together the university and local community, along with local, national, and international organizations to celebrate regional environmental diversity and highlight ways we can protect our vital life support systems.   The event provides a non-partisan platform to foster education, awareness, and engagement around environmental sustainability.
