In order to receive full credit for attending the workshop, you must be on the call for the entire duration. If you do not stay on the call for the whole presentation, you will not earn credit for the workshop.
Make sure you sign into Zoom using your full name so that we can identify you on the attendance sheet. If you're using your phone to dial in, you must put your name in the chat, or list your phone number on the registration sheet.
If you sign on more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, you will not be admitted into the meeting. In the event you cannot access the meeting, or are having trouble getting in, you must email PROS@ung.edu to inform us of the issues.
The Professional Development Workshop covers a broad array of topics that all fall under business acumen and the skills needed to put your best foot forward. This is a great workshop for asking questions about steps you may need to be taking to prepare for your upcoming graduation.
You will need to RSVP for this event and you will need to make sure you sign in.
This workshop is the third workshop for the "core" portion of the PROS program. Students who attend the workshop should submit their reflection in D2L within 30 days in order to to be eligible for PROS credit. This workshop may not be repeated for additional points.
A week before the workshop if there is not a minimum of 15 students who have RVSP'd, the workshop may be canceled. Please make sure to arrive on-time as the doors will be closing promptly to the start-time of the event and you will not be allowed to attend.

Dr. Robert Robinson

University of North Georgia
Robert L. Robinson was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta as the youngest of eight children. He earned his associate degree from Coahoma Community College (1992), Bachelor of Fine Arts from Delta State University (1995), and his Master of Education in counseling from Delta State University (1998). He earned his doctorate in instructional leadership with concentration in social and cultural studies from The University of Alabama.
Robert has worked in many capacities both civic and professional, to diligently promote education and help equip youth, young adults and older non-traditional students with tools for successfully meeting the challenges of life and is continuing this work in his current role at the University of North Georgia.
