Super Circuit w/ Sara is 45-minute workout consisting of 10-12 exercises using dumbbells, bands, or body weight. With 3 sets of a work/rest ratio for each exercise, it is a great way to hit multiple muscle groups within a short period of time. Prepare to improve strength, endurance, & overall well-being at Super Circuit! PLEASE CHECK IN AND RECEIVE TICKET AT REC CENTER FRONT DESK.
