Details

The How to Be an Inclusive Leader workshop will provide students with insights on how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion fit into the professional world. Students will develop a foundational knowledge of terms, definitions, and trends that will connect the dots to what they have gained as students and how it translates to the work world. The session will also touch on things to consider during the job search process.
This session will be part presentation and part interactive giving students the opportunities to reflect on their lived experiences and begin to develop their own philosophy on inclusive leadership. In the end, I hope students come away prepared to be an inclusive leader!

Dr. Andrew Johnson

Dr. Johnson is the Director of Multicultural Student Affairs at UNG. My work as an administrator focuses on creating inclusive environments for students to learn and develop a sense of belonging.
