Are you struggling with low motivation and energy? Are you feeling sad or empty? Are you isolating from others and/or not interested in doing things anymore? In this series of workshops, you will learn about the symptoms of depression, how these symptoms are manifested, and solutions for combating them. Workshops will be 30 minutes long. Content will overlap some, but each workshop will contain new information. You are welcome to attend one or any combination within this series. This workshop does not require registration. You must join within the first 10 minutes of the workshop to gain entry.
