Dauntless Social Confidence Therapy Group (GVL)

Do you have difficulty speaking up in class or in groups? Is it hard for you to initiate conversations? Do you worry about how others are evaluating you and finding yourself more "in your head" than in the conversation? If so, join the Social Confidence Group where ou will learn that you are not alone. If you think social anxiety is affecting your relationships, your work, or your overall mental health, this group might be for you. PRESCREENING IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDANCE.
