Social Confidence Group (DAH)

Do you have difficulty speaking up in class or in groups? Is it hard for you to initiate conversations? Do you worry about how others are evaluating you, and finding yourself more “in your head” than in the conversation? If so, come and join the Social Confidence Group. You will learn that you are not alone.
