College and life in general can feel overwhelming and stressful at times. Our body responds with a stress response which can help us face our challenges but poorly managed stress and anxiety can lead to burnout and distress. Please join us for this workshop to learn more about stress and its impact as well as ways to identify your stressors. You will learn specific skills and techniques you can use to help you feel more effective, confident and relaxed when facing your own challenges.
