Project Self is focused on giving you the tools to increase self-confidence, self-esteem, assertive communication, set appropriate boundaries, and place your needs first. Learn to make positive changes, communicate assertively, and use stress constructively. Topics include self-acceptance, the cognitive triad, values, family rules, cognitive distortions, assertiveness, and unhealthy thinking with an emphasis on how to put discussions into practice. PRESCREENING IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDANCE. Contact Student Counseling at 706-867-4402 Ext. 2 for a screening appointment.
