The Project Self Group focuses on increasing self-confidence, self-esteem, assertive communication, setting appropriate boundaries, and placing your needs first. This group will give you the tools to make positive changes, communicate assertively, use stress constructively, and change unhealthy thinking. Participants will have an opportunity to practice new skills with their peers in a safe setting. Pre-certification is required for participation.
