Attend this breakout session to learn more about how power and privilege influence leadership!

This breakout session will define multiple types of privilege (i.e. white privilege, gender privilege, religious privilege, etc.) and detail how they lead to power within an organization. We will also examine how the added layer of people in leadership roles influence the concepts of both power and privilege. This session will also cover how a courageous leader reacts to and interacts with power and privilege. This breakout session will have the following components: presentation, self-reflection activities, and question & answer.

He attended the University of North Georgia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science with a major in general studies with concentrations in Spanish, psychology, and physical education.
