Dr. Pamela Elfenbein is the Director of the newly established UNG Institute for Healthy Aging. Her work includes academic program development and the scholarship of engagement in an effort to affect quality of life and positive community change in our region. Dr. Elfenbein has been awarded almost $2 million dollars in external funding, creating many exiting programs and initiatives in partnership with organizations throughout our region.

As Director of Vision 2030, Elizabeth leads and oversees a wide range or projects that are being carried out to improve and grow the community of Hall County. From public art to educational awareness. She is incredibly hands-on in the community as Vision 2030 serves to better the quality of life for all persons.
